The recipe book “Recipe’s from the African Kitchen” by Josie Shaw and Jan Baldwin should be banned. It contains a recipe for “Poacher’s Roast” and suggests that the food is cooked in the presence of a poacher. Poaching is one of the crimes that causes much pain and suffering to wildlife. It may also lead to some species to becoming endangered.
